We want you to love your Heat Bandit. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, we’ve got you covered.

Return Eligibility

• You may return your product within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be clean, undamaged, and in resellable condition.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@heat-bandit.com with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue or reason for return

We’ll get back to you within 1 business day with next steps.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
• Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

90-Day Limited Warranty

If your Heat Bandit has a defect in materials or workmanship, we’ll replace it at no cost within 90 days of delivery.
